Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney (Remote or On-Site) California
Salary: $120,000 to $210,000 (DOE)
Location: Remote in California or On-Site in Agoura Hills, Oxnard, Encino, Inland Empire, Long Beach, Orange County, Sacramento, or San Diego
Job Type: Full-Time Direct Hire

What Youll Do:
Represent clients in workers’ compensation matters across all stages of litigation
Conduct depositions, hearings, and court appearances
Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
Perform legal research and provide actionable, strategic legal advice
Maintain timely and proactive communication with clients
Collaborate with internal teams and follow firm protocols for case documentation
Negotiate settlements effectively and ethically
What Were Looking For:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active California State Bar license
2+ years of experience in workers compensation defense required
Strong litigation, research, and writing skills
Comfort working with legal technology and case management platforms
Ability to manage a full caseload independently
Strong client management and communication skills
