A manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to oversee North America product P&L and financial performance. This role will lead finance teams across plant operations and ensure strong financial controls, pricing analytics, and operational performance. Ideal candidates have 12+ years of finance leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing or operations finance, and experience managing teams and full P&L responsibility. MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
