Hybrid Schedule: Onsite 4 days per week with remote Fridays

The Senior Accountant will report directly to the Controller and play an essential role in daily accounting operations, month-end and year-end close, and maintaining strong internal controls. Competitive Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: $80,000 to $100,000

Responsibilities
- Support daily accounting operations including month-end and year-end close, journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal and external financial reports
- Support annual audit activities including preparation of required documentation
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls while contributing to process improvements
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure the overall accuracy and efficiency of financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Three to five years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Nonprofit experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
