Core Responsibilities – Communicate with clients through email, phone, and messaging to provide updates and support. – Assist with booking cruises, resorts, flights, and vacation packages. – Help clients review itineraries, payment details, and travel documents. – Research destinations, deals, and travel options that fit client needs. – Resolve simple booking concerns. – Keep track of follow ups and maintain clear communication. – Learn travel systems, booking tools, and industry basics through training.
