In this capacity, you will serve as the primary interface of our customer relations department, facilitating seamless interactions and fostering long-term loyalty within our community. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates Document customer interactions in the company system Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle high-volume interactions professionally Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
