Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Remote Call Center Representatives to handle inbound and/or outbound calls from home. In this role, you will assist customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing accurate information while delivering a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and/or make outbound calls professionally
- Assist customers with inquiries, account updates, or basic troubleshooting
- Accurately document call details in company systems
- Follow call scripts, policies, and quality standards
- Meet performance metrics such as call quality, attendance, and productivity
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred (not always required)
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including evenings or weekends if required
Required qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred qualifications:
- 18 years or older
