Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Remote Call Center Representatives to handle inbound and/or outbound calls from home. In this role, you will assist customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing accurate information while delivering a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and/or make outbound calls professionally
  • Assist customers with inquiries, account updates, or basic troubleshooting
  • Accurately document call details in company systems
  • Follow call scripts, policies, and quality standards
  • Meet performance metrics such as call quality, attendance, and productivity
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred (not always required)
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts, including evenings or weekends if required

Required qualifications:

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

  • 18 years or older
