Job Description:

A firebrand litigation and legal investigations firm seeks to hire 2 mid-level litigation attorneys with substantial experience handling financial crimes matters, cases of massive fraud, securities prosecution and litigation and other white-collar crime matters to join their team on a fully remote basis. The firm prefers associates that come from a smaller capital market (i.e. Tennessee, Ohio, etc.) but would consider a 3rd to 6th year complex commercial litigation attorney with exceptional educational background and strong tenure (no more than 2 to 3 firms max in background). The salary they are listing is $140k – $160k but would pay more for the right person. The firm is very negotiable for any associate from a top law school, strong trial experience or coming from a top-tier law firm.
