Corporate Recruiter HELOC / Mortgage Specialist

Fully Remote $80,000$105,000 + Bonus Full-Time/Direct Hire



About the Opportunity


Join a fast-growing, innovative financial services company on a mission to help homeowners unlock the power of their home equity. As a Corporate Recruiter, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting for specialized niche roles across IT, marketing, accounting, and capital markets with a strong focus on the HELOC space. This is a high-visibility role where your work directly fuels the company’s growth as it establishes itself as a leader in the home equity marketplace.



What You’ll Do



  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for niche roles across multiple departments, with a consistent load of 10+ open requisitions at any given time


  • Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and department heads, guiding them through the hiring process and keeping things moving


  • Drive candidate experience by compellingly communicating the company’s story, culture, and growth opportunities to top talent


  • Maintain SOX compliance across all recruiting activities, including open rec documentation approved at the executive level


  • Contribute to the company’s impressive 3% turnover rate by prioritizing quality of hire and new hire retention


  • Work toward a time-to-fill target of under 30 days for most roles




What You Bring



  • 35+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on the mortgage, HELOC, or banking/lending industry


  • Proven success recruiting for technical IT roles in addition to business and operations functions


  • Deep understanding of mortgage/HELOC products and the talent landscape in that space


  • Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements in a recruiting context


  • A “sales mentality” you know how to get candidates excited about an opportunity


  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball


  • Based in the Eastern or Central Time Zone (required)
