Monday-Friday (2 Day Hybrid Flexibility Following Training)
Shift Time: 10am – 6:30pm
Salary:
$40,000 – $45,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Bilingual Customer Service Representative):

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Assist with product/service questions, order issues, billing inquiries, and general support

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met

Qualifications (Bilingual Customer Service Representative):

  • Previous customer service experience preferred

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
