Job Description:
Our client is seeking an HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department with a focus on vendor management, invoice processing, reporting, and administrative support. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized professional who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with HR partners and finance teams, and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Responsible for invoice processing and reconciliation ensuring invoices are accurately recorded, processed, and paid in a timely manner Serve as point of contact for HR vendor managers, responding to inquiries on invoice receipt, payment dates, and reconciliation reports Assist with procurement functions including purchase order requisitions Prepare reports comparing purchase orders to budget amounts and reconciled invoices, terms of payment, and other charges Support monthly close activities including accruals and journal entries Prepare HR benefit files for headcount allocation and payment submission Establish and maintain partnerships with HR vendor managers and the finance department Assist with record retention and audit testing as needed Apply HR practices, policies, and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information Communicate clearly with HR partners and corporate finance in emails and reports Use Microsoft Office and HR systems such as SAP/HR module, with ability to learn additional platforms such as Ariba and Catalyst Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources or business operations support Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with advanced Excel skills required Organized, high-energy, and detail-oriented Benefits: Health Insurance Sick time 401k Pay Range: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications) By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from HEPCO, Inc and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
